Baked Canadian Salmon on Vegetables

I bought a piece of Canadian Salmon at Fairway.  It was more expensive than their regular salmon but tasted amazing.  I think partly because I didn’t overcook it.  350 degrees for 15 minutes.  I cooked it in Trader Joes Island Soyaki marinade which is really good.  From the ingredient list it has soy sauce, pineapple juice, ginger, garlic, onion, vinegar, sesame seeds and sesame oil.  I love all those things!  I sautéed the veggies I had on hand:  broccoli, yellow pepper, potato, garlic, red onion and seasoned with herbs de provence.  I put the salmon on the veggies and it blew my mind!  So good!
