Frozen Waffle Batter Experiment

I found a recipe for the ultimate waffle.  I don’t have pictures from the original experiment but I do remember there was a lot of cornstarch in the batter.  Anyway, I saved the leftovers and decided to find out what would happen if I cut up the frozen batter and cooked it directly on the waffle iron.  This is what happened!  They were really good.  They were more dense that the original but I liked them.  Roger preferred the original light and crispy but I like dense and chewy with crispy edges.  That was what these were.
