I discovered these delicious Moroccan Flatbreads at the Union Square Farmers Market. They have plain and this kale, shallot and cheddar version that is so good! I used my shredded pork from before to make a quesadilla with it. It was really great! I also garnished it with some of the light colored sautéed veggies from before and the classic avocado, salsa, sour cream and cilantro. Yummy!
