Henry made this dinner while we were staying in our Laguna house on vacation. I added the vegetables. He learned how to make béchamel and added parmesan for the sauce. I can’t remember the ratios for the béchamel but he did a good job. It tasted great with the smoked sausage. I hadn’t eaten that stuff for a long time. The vegetables were onions, zucchini and spinach sautéed in olive oil.
