Baked Canadian Salmon on Vegetables

I bought a piece of Canadian Salmon at Fairway.  It was more expensive than their regular salmon but tasted amazing.  I think partly because I didn’t overcook it.  350 degrees for 15 minutes.  I cooked it in Trader Joes Island Soyaki marinade which is really good.  From the ingredient list it has soy sauce, pineapple juice, ginger, garlic, onion, vinegar,…
