Omelettes can be almost anything. Well, one morning after having dinner at a very authentic Chinese restaurant we had some leftovers and Roger proceeded to make an omelette. Truthfully, I was kind of grossed out but the seasonings in the fish were great! The fish head is just something I am not that used to!
He picked through everything and came up with this and added the egg mixture.
Scary but good!
