I have been eating lunch at Sweet Green and loving their salads and realized that a good salad it dependent on the freshness of the greens and freshness of the dressing so I got really good greens from the farmers market at Union Square and made my own simple vinagrette. The fish was from Trader Joes frozen. It turned out great. I also made some croutons from some french bread tossed with olive oil, garlic, parmesan and herbs and baked in the oven. I sautéed some pecans in butter and sugar and added to the salad.
