Pizza with garlic, smoked mozzarella, provolone, charred corn, broccoli, shrimp, bacon, shallots

The name and the pictures pretty much say how I made this.  Again, a window to the current contents of my refrigerator on a Trader Joes pizza dough crust.  Some fresh italian parsley on top after it came out of the oven.  It was a really interesting combination of flavors.  Smoked mozzarella is a cool cheese that I have never seen until I came NYC as well as the auricchio provolone!
